Sgt. David Clifford is a member of the Minneapolis S.W.A.T. team. He has prior military experience as a former U.S. Army Airborne Infantryman. Sgt. Clifford has contracted with the U.N. as a close protection operator in Kosovo, and more recently as a protective security specialist with the U.S. State Department in Iraq.

Sgt. Clifford instructs courses in police operations at the College of Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement in St. Pual. He is a certified firearms instructor and has extensive training and experience in police tactical operations, counter terror operations, and personal protection operartions.
