A & S Training has a long time relationship working with agencies and departments in providing top level training at various sponsorship levels and financial options. Please take a few minutes to review the various options available for agencies and departments for obtaining and participation in our quality training programs.

Level One -  Standard  

Agencies contract with A & S Training to provide standardized training for that particular agency or department and its personnel from a variety of our  standard POST certified programs. Agencies or departments simply contract with A & S Training to provide the specific training program and pay the standard fee for the course.  Agencies and departments may fill un-utilized course spots without side agencies who wish to participate and simply charge those agencies or departments for that specific course spot.

Level One -   Customized

Agencies contract with A & S Training to provide  a customized training program for that particular agency or department and its personnel from a variety of training programs. Agencies or departments simply contract with A & S Training to provide the specific training program and pay the standard fee for the course. Agencies and departments may fill un-utilized course spots with outside agencies who wish to participate and simply charge those agencies or departments for  that specific course spot.

Level Two

Agencies contract with A & S Training to provide a specific training program with the intent of placing only a select portion of their agency or departmental personnel in the course and with the intent of filling remaining spots with outside agency personnel. Agencies or departments contract with A & S Training to provide the specific training program and pay the standard fee for the course. Agencies and departments then fill the remaining spots with outside departments who wish to participate and simply charge those agencies or departments for those specific course spots. This is a great  opportunity for agencies to augment their course cost and train their personnel at a reduced rate.

Further program discounts are available for departments that wish to sponsor this level of training course and provide additional range, site or facilities for the training course as well.

Level Three

Agencies contract with A & S Training to provide  a specific training program in their area and agree to sponsor the course by providing range and / or training facilities for the program. Agencies also agree to teletype information (locally, regionally or nationally) in promotion of the course along with agency contact information to local or surrounding agencies. (Course information and promotional materia supplied to the sponsoring agency) For this level of involvement agencies receive spots in the course (three day course or less allows two (2) free spots, courses over three days in length receive allow one (1) free spot) This is a great opportunity for  Agencies to train their personnel at NO CHARGE. Minimum course participation is required for this course to be presented.

An additional option and incentive for agencies is for that specific agency to work booking additional spots in the course with outside  agencies or personnel to gain additional spots. For each additional ten (10) spots booked the sponsoring agency is allotted one (1) additional  free spot in the course up to a maximum of two (2) additional free spots.  A total of four (4) free spots in the sponsored course are available to a  sponsoring agency.
